• Question: why did you choose being an engineer over being a pilot?

      Hi Tom,
      Being a pilot was not something I had considered. It wasn’t until my early 20’s that I became fascinated with aeroplanes. Not that it is ever too late, but by the time I realised I was well on my way to getting my BEng. Although, I love the idea of being a pilot, from what I understand it is a hard lifestyle (traveling so much, being away from family and friends from long periods of time).
